- 1) Fire NOC

Fire NOC means no objection certificate also called Fire safety certificate regarding the installation of fire safety equipment in the building in accordance with the standards of the National Building Code (NBC) – 2016 PART IV and NFPA. The fire rules are different for all types of buildings, which means different rules depending on the types, height and area of the building being constructed.
Fire noc Procedure :
On the basis of the fire-fighting plan, 53 Points check list (duly signed by fire consultant), the building layout plan and therefore the construction authorizations granted by the local authorities like – Gram Panchayat, Nagar parishad, Nagar Palika and Nagar Nigam, the Madhya Pradesh fire department issues the provisional fire NOCs conditionally with mentioning the period of 1 year validity.
The applicant must inform the authority after the installation of the firefighting equipment with in the building. After proper verification, the state fire Authority will issue the Temporary Objection Prohibition Certificate (NOC) with 3 years validity.
Timeline for getting fire noc in mp :
Timeline for granting the approval of a temporary fire NOC and provisional fire NOC for the building is 60 days from the submission of the fire noc application with the right documents. The time interval for the renewal of fire NOC is 30 days
Tenure of Fire NOC in MP :
The power of Fire NOC varies by state authority. In rades radesh the provisional fire noc is valid for 01 year from the date of issuing and temporary & renewal fire noc is valid for 03 years after the date of issuing.
MODE OF APPLICATION :
To obtain the fire license in M.P, people can only apply for an online mode with the help of a fire consultant
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FIRE NOC :
You need the documents for obtain Fire NOC certificate as per the guideline and fire noc rules in rades Pradesh
1.Approved building layout plan map (floor wise) by local authority like – Nagar Nigam, Nagar Palika, Nagar Parishad and gram Panchayat etc.
2. Approved building construction permission (Bhavan Anugya) by local authority like – Nagar Nigam, Nagar Palika, Nagar Parishad and gram Panchayat etc.
3. Land diversion permission
4. Town & Country Planning (T&C) Permission and Map
5. Fire plan, elevation plan, and section plan of the building prepared and certified by fire noc engineer / fire noc consultant
6. Check List (53 Points) certified by the fire noc consultant and the applicant.
7. Qualification certificate of fire consultant as per the fire noc rules in Madhya Pradesh
